Bulgaria, IBEX to include special anti-corruption clause in its agreements

Independent Bulgarian Energy Exchange (IBEX) said that it entirely supports creating a corruption intolerant environment through honest behavior (integrity) and compliance with the laws that regulate countering corruption.

The operator expresses its confidence that all trading participants have also adopted the same zero-tolerance approach to corruption.

The signing of the Supplementary Agreement, including an anti-corruption clause in the contents of the agreement for participation in the organized electricity exchange, constitutes a confirmation of the commitment to integrity and prevention of corruption.
