FBiH, EPBiH submitted a request for an EIA study for HPPs of 12.2 MW

The Ministry of Environment of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced that it has received a request from Elektroprivreda BiH to conduct a preliminary environmental impact assessment (EIA) for the 12.2 MW Kovanići hydropower project on the Bosna River.

HPP Kovanići will produce 58.53 GWh of electricity per year, the ministry announced on Tuesday.

The public may review the request and give an opinion within 30 days of publication.
