Serbia’s Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic met with Swiss President and Minister of Foreign Affairs Micheline Calmy-Rey and stressed that Serbia is interested in improving the overall bilateral relations and economic cooperation with Switzerland.
Cvetkovic reiterated his expectation that following a positive opinion of the European Commission on Serbia’s candidacy in October, the EU Council will grant Serbia candidate status in December.
