Danish company Eurowind has obtained all the necessary permits, including the one for the connection to the network, for its 66MW wind farm in Galati, in the eastern part of Romania, a project worth almost 100 million euros.
EWE Frumusita, the project company in charge of the development of the wind farm, obtained the network connection contract from Distributie Energie Electrica Româania (DEER), part of the Electrica group – the manager of the network in the region where the investment would be made.
Danish group Eurowind Energy is active in wind project development in Denmark, Sweden, Germany and Romania.
