Hungary: Alteo approved distribution of 2020 dividend

Alteo Group recorded a consolidated net income of 1.6 million euros in 2020. The Board of alternative energy company Alteo has approved a distribution of dividend from last year’s profits in the amount of 0.066 euros/share. The Board also gave itself a mandate to buy treasury shares over a period of 18 months, but limited treasury stock to 25 % of share capital.
