Romania, Simtel Team to acquire majority stake in ANT Power Energy

Romanian engineering company Simtel Team said that it has agreed the purchase of 51 % stake in Romanian provider of forecasting services for wind and solar power plants ANT Power Energy for some 300,000 euros.

The partnership’s main objective is to include ANT Power Energy in the next five years in the top three companies in Romania that carry out representation services on the energy markets on behalf of customers. ANT Power Energy is also considering a potential listing on Bucharest Stock Exchange over the next three years.
