Romania, Rompetrol Rafinare it has extended a 75 million dollars credit facility until 23 April 2023

Rompetrol Rafinare, member company of the KMG International Group, said that it has extended a 75 million dollars credit facility until 23 April 2023.

The company said in the statement that this credit facility is part of a 435 million dollars loan concluded in 2015. It was arranged with Banca Comerciala Romana, ING Bank’s Bucharest branch, as well as Raiffeisen Bank as lead arrangers. The role of facility agent was assumed by UniCredit Bank’s London Branch, while UniCredit Bank’s subsidiary in Romania acted as security and paying agent.

Rompetrol Rafinare has reported a net loss of 186.8 million dollars and net revenues of 3.35 billion dollars in 2021.
