FBiH: Electricity output reached 653 GWh in April

 

Gross electricity production in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in April 2023 decreased by 14% compared to April last year and amounted to 653 GWh.

Net electricity production reached 605 GWh. Hydropower plants produced 260 GWh (43% of total electricity), thermal power plants produced 311 GWh (51%) and wind farms produced 34 GWh.

Electricity imports amounted to 30 GWh in April 2023, compared to 25 GWh in the same month last year, while electricity exports amounted to 223 GWh, compared to 107 GWh last April.
