Bosnia and Herzegovina, Gross production of electricity 557 GWh in October

The gross production of electricity in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in October 2022 was 557 GWh, while in the same month of 2021 it was 828 GWh. This represents a decrease of close to 33% on an annual basis.

In the total gross production of electricity, hydropower plants participated with 27.6%, thermal power plants with 68.8%, and wind power plants with 3.6%.

Brown coal production in FBiH in October 2022 was 420,262 tons, compared to 349,731 tons in the same month of 2021.

Lignite production in FBiH in October this year was 108,285 tons, and in the same month of 2021 it was 132,719 tons.
