Turkey: Intraday market starts on July 1st

Turkey Intraday power exchange opens on July 1st. Regulatory Agency EMRA announced that there were no barriers for market opening in accordance with the decision adopted on June 11th and the regulated market would be opened on July 1st as planned.

EPDK President Mustafa Yilmaz said that Intraday Stock Exchange would manage the distribution system operator TEIAS and then the management would be transferred to the newly founded company EPIAS.

The stock exchange will work in GIP platform, by the continuous trading method, and it will be open for operation up to 18 hours. Yilmaz pointed out that GIP software was one hundred percent developed by programmers from TEIAS Company. , transmits Serbia-energy.eu
