Serbia Feed in Tariffs system, PPP and off take obligations

Serbia?s FiTs were calculated in a comprehensive calculation exercise, commissioned by the Ministry of Mining and Energy using local and international consultants. According to the officials involved in the process, the FiTs were determined based on the estimated overall investments in individual technological solutions for generation of electricity from RES, with an aim to enable a return on investment within 12 years at an annual rate of return of 14%.
