In an interview for Tanjug, Buha said that revitalisation of five more generators in Djerdap I would be carried out continuously over the course of next years.
However, Buha said that the Russian partner with whom Serbia is cooperating in the works on the biggest local power plant is running behind schedule with equipment delivery, although this issue should be solved soon.
The value of Djerdap I revitalisation totals USD 168 million, of which USD 100.5 million were ensured by the old clearing debt of the former Soviet Union to the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, and the total revitalisation process should be completed by 2015.
