Austrian renewables developer CLEEN Energy announced its entrance to the Croatian market through the acquisition of several renewable
projects.
The statement from the company said that it has acquired renewable projects in development with combined installed capacity of 23 MW, with an option to purchase project right for additional 50 MW in capacity.
The total of 73 MW consists of several solar projects, as well as four biogas power plants. Estimated annual electricity generation is around
124 GWh and CLEEN Energy will be the sole owner and operator of these projects.
With this acquisition, CLEEN Energy holds a portfolio of developing renewable projects of 120 MW in Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, Croatia and the UAE.
