The most successful business in the recent history

 

During the General Meeting of Mining Basin Kolubara, that was held on May 9th in Lazarevac, it was estimated that 2011th was on of the most successful years in the recent history, considering the record coal production of approximately 31 million tones, and profit of 1,7 billion dinars. Beside that, 55% of electricity in Serbia, actualy 75% of electricity in thermal-sector was produce thanks to lignite coal from Kolubara, as well as 1,7 million tones of coal for industry and wide consumption.
