In Turda, western Romania Enel X Romania, a local subsidiary of Italian Enel Group, will build a solar power plants for the retailer Kaufland.
The solar power plant, a project worth one million euros, will have installed capacity of 1 MW. The plant is expected to generate 1,277 MWh of electricity per year. The project includes the turnkey delivery of a system that consists of over 2,000 solar panels located on a plot of land in the vicinity of the Kaufland logistics center in Turda.
Enel X Romania’s portfolio includes solar projects implemented for companies in sectors such as food, retail, logistics centers, shopping centers, and office buildings.
