EPS and Germany's RWE Innogy to form Moravske Hidroelektrane joint venture

The Electric Power Company of Serbia, the Serbian power monopoly known as EPS, and Germany`s RWE Innogy GmbH on Tuesday signed an agreement worth about 352 million euros to set up Moravske Hidroelektrane joint venture that will build five hydroelectric power plants on the Velika Morava river.
