SolarWatt plans to build a solar power plant and hydrogen production facility at the reclaimed municipal waste disposal site near Ludbreg. The entire complex would cover an area of 6.7 hectares.
The project aligns with Ludbreg’s intention to green its public transportation.
Ludbreg, in collaboration with neighbouring municipalities, plans to start using electric and hydrogen-powered buses. An environmental impact study for the project has been prepared and is currently under consideration.
