Serbia, NIS approved the distribution of 49.2 million euros in dividend

At the general meeting held on 29 June, the shareholders of Serbian oil company NIS, majority owned by Russian Gazpromneft, approved the distribution of a total of 49.2 million euros in dividends from the company’s 2021 profits.

Namely, NIS will distribute 25 % of its last year’s net profit as dividends. In 2021, NIS distributed 8.25 million euros in dividends from 2020 profit.

In 2021, NIS recorded a net profit in the amount of 178.8 million euros, compared to a loss of 64 million euros recorded in 2020.
