Serbia: European Energy interested in the construction of a 100 MW solar power plant

The mayor of Leskovac, Goran Cvetanovic, met with representatives of the Danish company European Energy, which is interested in the construction of a 100 MW solar power plant in the city’s area. 

The statement from the city said that the city’s development potential development in the field of sustainable development were presented to the delegation of the Danish company. There were talks about the advantages of using renewable energy sources, but also about the potential locations in the territory of the city where the project of the construction of a solar power plant could be realized.
