Serbia: EPS appointed CEO

The supervisory board of the joint-stock company Elektroprivreda Srbije appointed Dušan Živković as the general director of the company.

As an electrical engineer, Živković has more than 30 years of experience in investment, financing, engineering, energy system design, as well as management systems and their implementation in the “Electricity Industry of Serbia”, EPS announced.

He was appointed acting on June 15, 2023.

“The appointment of the general director is the beginning of the formation of the executive management which, in close cooperation with the Supervisory Board, will manage the company operationally and, among other things, implement the recently adopted Company’s Transformation Plan,” the company’s announcement states.
