Romanian natural gas transmission system operator Transgaz invested around 202 million euros in the first nine months of 2020.
Transgaz recorded a net profit in the amount of 42 million euros in the first nine months of 2020, which is by 9 % lower compared to the same period last year.
The company’s operating profit dropped by 18 % year-on-year to 73.2 million euros, while its operating revenues fell by 7 % to 205 million euros. Operating costs before the balancing and construction activity dropped by an annual 5 % to 163.2 million euros in the nine months of the year, while balancing costs were by 41 % lower reaching 30.3 million euros.
