Two units of the nuclear power plant Cernavoda produced in the first five months the electricity in the amount of 4.63 million MWh, of which 4.26 million MWh were delivered to the national energy system.
During this period the unit 1 produced 2.50 million MWh and delivered 2.30 million, while the unit 2 produced 2.13 million and delivered 1.96 million MWh.
In May 2015th, two units produced 653.225 MWh, due to the planned closure of unit 2. As reported the Romanian media, the engaged power of unit 1 was 99.33%, while in unit 2 was 25.25%.
