Romania: New CEO at E.ON Romania

As of 1st August, Volker Raffel will be the new CEO of E.ON Romania, replacing Manfred Paasch who will retire from the position held for almost two years. To prepare the transition, as of 1 May, Raffel became a member of the Board, being responsible for Corporate Affairs, Strategy, Legal and Compliance, as Deputy General Manager of E.ON Romania.

Also starting from 1 August, Dragos Barbulescu, currently Deputy CEO / CFO of E.ON Romania will be the new General Manager of Delgaz Grid, E.ON Romania’s gas and electricity distribution subsidiary, while Mirko Stube will take over as Deputy CEO / CFO position at E.ON Romania. Earlier in May, Claudia Griech took over the position of CEO of E.ON Energie Romania.
