The Premier Energy Group is involved in the distribution and supply of natural gas, the production, marketing, and provision of electricity, the marketing of green certificates, and activities associated with the distribution of natural gas.

A wind park with an 80 MW installed capacity is run by Eolica Dobrogea One, a wind power generator, and is situated in the Mihai Viteazu commune of Constanța county.

The Competition Council, which will assess the transaction to determine whether it is compatible with a typical competitive environment and make a judgment within the legal parameters, must approve it in line with the provisions of the Competition Law.
