The construction of hydro power plant on the Komarnica river, in Savnik (which is the least developed municipality in Montenegro), would ensure economic recovery, and in no way it would endangered the ecological balance, representatives of Government and relevant experts pointed out at public hearing, during which they presented a spatial plan for the multi-purpose reservoir and strategic assessment of environmental impact.
