Montenegro: EPCG achieved record profit in H1 – 106 million euros

State-owned power utility EPCG recorded a net profit of 106 million euros in the first half of 2023. This is the highest profit the company has ever made since its establishment.

The record is even more impressive considering that in the year of achieving such a result, EPCG was the only company in Europe that did not raise electricity prices for its citizens and did not receive any support from the state.
