Hungary: Day-ahead gas price reached 39.65 euros per MWh on Sunday

The average weighted price of natural gas on the day-ahead market of the Hungarian gas exchange CEEGEX on November 5 amounted to 39.65 euros per MWh. During the working week spot gas prices ranged from 37 to 46 euros per MWh.

On the CEEGEX within-day market, the last transactions were recorded on November 5 and the price ranged between 43.71 and 45.85 euros per MWh.

December futures on the TTF gas hub decreased by 0.2% on Friday to 47.955 euros per MWh, while the price for the first quarter of 2024 was 50.04 euros per MWh. CAL 24 reached 49.95 euros per MWh.
