Greece: Metlen Group expands green energy portfolio with focus on energy storage projects

Metlen Group (formerly Mytilineos Group) is advancing its green energy portfolio with a strong emphasis on energy storage projects, both domestically and internationally.

M-Renewables, the renewable energy division of Metlen Energy & Metals, operates across 33 countries on five continents, overseeing more than 5 GW of projects in solar, wind and energy storage.

The company’s energy storage portfolio includes 2.8 GWh of projects currently under development in Greece and Italy, in addition to over 700 GWh of capacity already delivered. Metlen is preparing to participate in Spain’s upcoming energy storage tender in January and is also exploring new opportunities in the German market.
