The net electricity production in the Federation BiH reached 667 GWh in November 2023, up compared to 618 GWh in the same month last year, the statistical office said.
In the same period, imports fell to 56 GWh in November from 89 GWh in November 2022, while exports rose to 48 GWh from 45 GWh.
The net electricity output of hydropower plants reached 383 GWh in November, from 185 GWh in the same month of 2022, while the output of thermal power plants fell to 250 GWh from 398 GWh.
The net electricity output in November was 21.9% higher than in October. Month-on-month, electricity imports rose 47% and exports fell 18.6%.
