Andreas Rorig has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Management Board, said the Croatian subsidiary of German energy company E.ON. The statement from the company said that Rorig took the position of the Chairman of the Management Board in the beginning of the year, as well as the position of the company’s CEO. He replaced Karl Kraus who is now serving as the company’s Chief Operation Officer (COO).
Prior to this appointment, Rorig held the position of Senior Vice President for Sustainability & Health, Safety and Environment at E.ON.
