Bulgaria: Toplofikatsiya Ruse’s activities and Stock Exchange plans

The heating utility Toplofikatsiya Ruse, located in the town of Ruse, recorded lower net profit of some 920,000 euros in the first nine months of 2020, compared to net profit in the amount of 7.1 million euros in the same period of 2019. The company’s revenues dropped to 26.7 million euros in said period, compared to 30.2 million euros in 2019.

Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission asked the heating utility to provide additional document and information regarding its plans for listing its shares on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
