Bulgaria: Construction, overhaul of transmission lines tender

Bulgarian electricity transmission system operator ESO said that it has launched a tender worth some 141 million euros for the construction and reconstruction of several electricity transmission lines.

According to tender documentation, it is divided into two lots. The lower-priced lot envisages works on 220-400 kV transmission lines, while the higher-priced lot (worth some 90 million euros) envisages works on 60-110 kV transmission lines

Works on each of the two contracts are expected to be completed within a period of 60 months.

The deadline for the submission of offers in the tender is 6 July. The bids will be ranked solely based on price.
