The Government of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton awarded a concession for the construction of ten solar power plants, with a combined installed capacity of 40 MW, to local company Plavo Sunce.
The solar power plants will have an installed capacity of 4 MW each. The concession is valid for 30 years.
Herzegovina-Neretva Canton has the best solar potential in FBiH, with 2,300 sunny hours/year.
