Albania: Desla received a building permit for a 3 MW solar park

Albanian government approved a request by local diverse services provider Desla to build and operate a 3 MW solar photovoltaic plant near the city of Durres, the government said in a press release.

Desla is required to complete construction works on the solar park and put it into operation within three years.

The company will operate the plant for 49 years and is required to pay the government a royalty equal to 2% of the plant’s annual electricity output.
