The management of ERS and EPCG have initiated the establishment of a joint company to work on new investments, which will mean more favourable electricity prices for citizens, General Director of ERS Luka Petrovic announced. He said that EPCG would own 51% of the joint company, while ERS would own 49% and the company would work on new investments in the Republic of Srpska and Montenegro.
Petrovic added that the idea is to create joint projects, like better utilization of the waters of Bileca Lake, and the construction of solar power plants on the lake.
