Romania: Romgaz plans modest 2% dividend yield for 2024

Romanian natural gas producer Romgaz is set to distribute dividends for 2024 with a yield of only 2%. The company’s Board of Directors has scheduled a shareholders’ meeting on April 29-30 to discuss profit distribution.

Under the current proposal, €117.3 million will be allocated for dividends, representing 18.14% of Romgaz’s net profit, which stood at €647.3 million in the previous year. An additional €4.1 million from retained earnings will also be distributed, bringing the total payout to €121.4 million.
