Hungary: Spot gas price on CEEGEX 42 euros per MWh on Monday

The average weighted price of natural gas on the day-ahead market of the Hungarian CEEGEX gas exchange on Monday, May 1, amounted to  EUR 42.04 per MWh. There were no significant variations in gas prices in the previous seven days.

The last transactions on the CEEGEX within-day market were registered on April 30. Prices ranged from 37.7 to 40 euros per MWh.

On the TTF exchange, the June contract was traded early Monday morning at EUR 38.605 per MWh, while the third quarter contract reached EUR 40.4 per MWh.
