Bulgarian caretaker Minister of Economy Nikola Stoyanov said that he expects wholesale gas prices to decrease further in November.
Minister Stoaynov said that the new Parliament will have to make equal the electricity and gas compensations to the business so that no one is favored more than the other. He expects the need for state subsidies for natural gas to disappear as he expects lasting and stable levels of gas prices that will satisfy the business. He also said that the quantities of gas for the winter have been ensured.
In his view, the inflation in the country has already peaked and, due to the efforts to curb the prices of fuels, electricity and gas, further increases are not expected.
