In April 2025, the average electricity bill for households in Montenegro was 32.15 euros, reflecting a 16.5% decrease compared to the previous month (38.48 euros) and an 11.9% increase from April 2024 (28.73 euros). The lowest average bill was recorded in the municipality of Žabljak, at 20.4 euros, while the highest was in Tivat, where households saw an average bill of 39.5 euros.
According to the statistics, 63.17% of households paid less than 30 euros for electricity in April, while 17.3% had bills between 30 and 50 euros, 15.51% between 50 and 100 euros, and 4.02% received bills exceeding 100 euros.
Additionally, 191,687 customers who paid regularly received a 10% discount, making up approximately 47.79% of all consumers in the country. The total electricity consumption for households in April reached 117.58 million kWh, which is a 14.94% increase from the same month in 2024, but a 16.02% decrease from March 2025.
