In August 2025, the average electricity bill for Montenegrin households was €39.45, down 1.8% from July (€40.19) and 10.8% lower than August 2024 (€44.22). The lowest average monthly bill was recorded in Pljevlja (€19.4), while Ulcinj had the highest at €71.3.
Breaking down consumption: 59.11% of households paid less than €30, 18.53% between €30 and €50, 16.31% between €50 and €100, and 6.04% received bills over €100. A total of 173,141 regular customers, representing 42.67% of all consumers, received a 10% discount.
EPCG reported that households consumed 143.2 million kWh in August 2025, 7.16% less than in August 2024 and 0.44% lower than the previous month.
