Croatia: Mandate of Sandor Fasimon at INA extended

The mandate of the President of the Management Board of Croatian oil company INA Sandor Fasimon was extended until 31 March 2024 by the Supervisory Board of INA.

Fasimon was appointed head of INA on 1 July 2018 for the period until 30 June 30 2021. He came to the position from the position of Chief Operating Officer of Hungarian MOL, replacing Zoltan Aldott.

The Supervisory Board also appointed new members of the Management Board of INA – Ferenc Horvath and Jozsef Simola. Their term in the Management Board begins on 1 February and lasts until 31 March 2024.

INA’s Management Board has six members, of which three are representatives of MOL (which also provides the President of the Management Board), and three are representatives of the Croatian state. The Hungarian MOL holds slightly more than 4.9 million INA shares or 49.1 % of the total, while the Croatian state holds 4.48 million shares or 44.8 %.
