Croatia: Guarantees of origin auctions results

On 21 April 2021 the guarantees of origin auction for electricity from incentivized producers was held at which the entire amount of 204,552 guarantees of origin was sold on four separate auctions. Auctions were organized as four parallel auctions, in addition to guarantees of origin from wind farms on two auctions, those from biomass were also sold on two auctions through CROPEX’s IT trading platform: – a total of 103,100 guarantees of origin were sold at the auction from the wind power plants with commissioning date from 1 April 2015 (electricity produced in March 2021) at a price of 0.27 euros/GO; – a total of 61,091 guarantees of origin were sold at the auction from the wind power plants with commissioning date older from 1 April 2015 (electricity produced in March 2021) at a price of 0.22 euros/GO; – a total of 24,961 guarantees of origin were sold at the auction from the biomass power plants with commissioning date from 1 April 2015 with installed capacity less than 5 MW (electricity produced in March 2021) at a price of 2.11 euros/GO. – a total of 15,400 guarantees of origin were sold at the auction from the biomass power plants with commissioning date from 1 April 2015 with installed capacity greater than 5 MW (electricity produced in March 2021) at a price of 0.28 euros/GO.
