Croatia: CROPEX sets new record for intraday market trading

CROPEX’s intraday continuous market for the delivery day of 14 February 2025 achieved a new milestone in trading 15-minute products, with a total volume of 1,418.2 MWh. The trading volume for 60-minute products also saw strong performance, reaching 12,013.7 MWh. In total, the market recorded a daily volume of 13,431.9 MWh for the delivery day, setting a new record.

This impressive trading activity highlights the growing adaptation of market participants to the 15-minute trading resolution. This approach enables greater precision in portfolio planning and optimization, providing enhanced flexibility and efficiency in managing energy trading strategies.
