CROPEX was established on March 11, 2016, in cooperation with Nord Pool, one of Europe’s leading electricity exchanges. On June 19, 2018, following a joint project with Slovenian partners, the CROPEX day-ahead market was successfully coupled with the MRC markets through the Croatian-Slovenian border.
