Capital overhaul of B2 unit of power planta TENT Nikola Tesla Obrenovac is about to be completed

 

Four month capital overhaul of TENT B2 unit is about to be completed. The unit b2 will be reconnected to the grid on 10th of September.

For the moment, all major overhaul works on B2 unit with 620 MW, are in accordance with planed dynamics, stated Mr.Ivan Gajic the head engineer for maintenance on TENT B power plants.

Major activity that influenced the time frame for this overhaul was the reconstruction of electrostatic precipitator ESP on B2 unit. Height of the ESP was increased for 2,2 meters which increased the effect of protection and decrease of emission of dust materials in accordance with domestic and European standards (50mg/Nm
