Bulgarian Parliament approved the decision to streamline the administrative procedures for renewable energy projects for electricity, heating and cooling for prosumers.
However, in order for this decision to come into force, the amendments to the Spatial Development Act need to be adopted, which will have to wait for the next Parliament.
The streamlined procedure applies for prosumer projects of up to 10.8 kW.
