Bulgaria: New General Manager at Lukoil

Lukoil Bulgaria announced that it has appointed Andrey Matyuhov as the new General Manager. Matyuhov replaced Bulat Subaev, who was appointed to this function last year. He will now take the position of Managing Director of both Lukoil Belgium and Lukoil Netherlands. Previously, Andrey Matyuhov was general manager of Lukoil Lubricants Central Asia. The change is part of a planned rotation of managerial staff within Russian oil producer Lukoil.
