Bosnia/Republika Srpska: HPPs Visegrad fulfilled 2014 production plan

Hydropower plant Visegrad produced 999.986 GWh of electricity in 2014th, by which the basic plan is shifted for about 10 percent, said director of the Subsidiary “Hydropower plants on the Drina” Mile Lakic.

“In 2014th, three aggregates of the Hidropower plant “Visegrad” achieved daily records in the electricity production four times, which confirms that the plants have a high degree of preservation and operational readiness”, said Lakic.
He added that it contributed to the successful rehabilitation of the water rush below the dam of the Hydropower plant Visegrad.

Lakic said that during the preparation of the financial statements for the past year and added that he expected a positive result and financial gross profit of 2 MEUR.
