BiH: HB Wind plans to build the 43 MW Orlovača wind farm

The company HB Wind from Livno is planning the construction of the Orlovča Wind Power Plant in the area of Livno.

This company concluded the concession contract with the Ministry of Economy of the Croatian National Academy of Sciences back in March 2010.

HB Wind has now submitted to the Federal Ministry of the Environment and Tourism a request for a preliminary environmental impact assessment for the construction project of the Orlovača Wind Park. The request was prepared by the authorized consultant Zagrebinspekt (ZGI) from Mostar.

The subject of the request is a wind power plant with a connected power of 43 MW, which will consist of 13 wind turbines with an individual connected power of 3.3 MW.

VE Orlovača will consist of a series of operational plateaus with wind turbines, access roads, internal cable distribution and connection to the existing power grid.
