According to company management, EPCG Solar Gradnja has exceeded its installation targets for the current year, delivering results above initial expectations by early December. Instead of the originally planned 30 MW of newly installed capacity, the company successfully connected a total of 36 MW of solar systems within the first eleven months of the year, highlighting strong execution across its projects.
The board was also informed that the company is on track to close the business year with a positive financial result, reinforcing confidence in its operational and strategic direction. Members noted that the achieved performance reflects a solid organizational setup, effective management practices, and the strong commitment of the workforce.
In recognition of these results, the board decided to reappoint Sanja Žugić as acting CEO for an additional six-month mandate, which will remain in effect until a public call is launched for the appointment of a permanent chief executive.
Responding to the growing volume of work and the expansion of both ongoing and planned projects, the board approved a revised organizational and staffing framework. The newly adopted internal rulebook restructures work processes and redistributes responsibilities, with the aim of better supporting the company’s future growth and increasing project complexity.
Looking ahead, EPCG Solar Gradnja will place greater emphasis on large-scale ground-mounted solar power plants. Plans include the development of two solar facilities with capacities of 40 MW each, while the rollout of rooftop photovoltaic systems will continue and intensify. So far, the company has installed solar systems on nearly 9,000 rooftops across Montenegro, underscoring its central role in the country’s energy transition.
